Cardio Coach Vol 8 Update :)
Coach Sean just posted in his forum that Vol 8 is complete and the first 5 people who PM him will get to try it out.

I got it! I got it!
I got a preview copy. :: doing the ecstatically happy dance :: It is brilliant. I downloaded it just a couple of hours ago and listened to bits. It has longer intervals. A level 4, 90 second interval in the very first challenge and two 8 minute Level 3 stints in challenge two. Loved the music. Even better than 7. It is my workout for tomorrow. Will post more soon after. I heart the Cardio Coach. |

Will this be available on Cd-r, or only download? I don't know why I'm asking since I've only worked my up through Volume 4. It will be ages before I have the endurance to do five, six and seven.

CD-R will be definitely available. I don't know about pressed CD.. perhaps yes.
