All Fitness TV, free channel added to Roku

Roku has added a new and free exercise channel, All Fitness TV. I haven't used it, but in flipping through its offerings, I was excited to see Jessica Smith's 10 Pounds Down.

Here's more information:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mnst1vayFMM

http://www.rokuguide.com/channels/all-fitness-tv

I did a search and didn't see it in the forums, so I thought I'd post it.

I haven't Roku'd much of anything except Amazon and Netflix, but I'll look for that one.

Thanks!

Looks like the videos are from Mill Creek, who put out the bargain DVD packs sold at Target (Iron Core, Janis Saffell, Lindsey Brin, Denise Druce, etc.).

How do you access this channel. The first link takes me to Mill Creek's youtube channel and I searched for cardio and fitness. All I got was a promo for All Fitness Channel and a short 5min clip of a workout. The second link just takes me to a description of the channel. What am I missing? Do I have to subscribe to Roku to see the workouts? Thanks.
