I saw this posted on instagram but can't find a clip of it just this.

Was the first Yoga dvd too advanced?

I wouldn't say too advanced because some of the practices are really short like 6-7 minutes. Remember with Zuzka you can easily modify.

I just received this today. It contains the following chapters:

"Warm Up"
"Sumo Workout"
"Balance Flow Workout"
"Upper Body Burpee Flow Workout"
"Twisted Chair Workout"
"Warrior Endurance Workout"
"100 Ab Workout"
"Cool Down".

The total workout time is 53 minutes. This is the same set as in volume 1. You can turn off the music for each chapter, and this DVD has a play all feature. This is more advanced than volume 1. At one point she is in crow pose and then shoots straight into a plank.

I think this is too advanced for me -- I will stick with DDP Yoga for now. If anyone is advanced at yoga and would like this DVD and is willing to send SASE I will gladly send it to you, just PM me! Requested

Barreboxbell~thank you for your breakdown and thoughts. I think I'll stick with volume 1. Thanks again! Oh, very sweet to offer it up for a SASE.

well now I am a bit bummed. Mine is on its way. I'm definitely not advanced at yoga. Hopefully it will be easy to modify.

I thought her first yoga workout was ok, but I have come to the conclusion that I prefer yoga workouts from yoga instructors. I still love Z's other workouts!
