Shortcut to Slim - Bonus disc from Mari Winsor's Slimming Pilates

I ordered my deluxe kit directly from Gaiam in early 2010.

It appears that a new bonus DVD was added to the basic kit sometime after my purchase

Shortcut to SLIM FREE Bonus! -http://www.winsorslim.com/drtv/ecs/pilates-system-features.html

Short on time but still want that long and lean Pilates body? Shortcut to SLIM is an easy-to-follow 25-minute express workout ideal for days when you want a quick, no-nonsense mat workout. This is the ultimate Pilates program that will not only help sculpt and tone, but also teach you to use Pilates for weight loss. Mari Winsor motivates and inspires as she leads you through the basics of Pilates, focusing on a range of muscle-lengthening stretches and sculpting strength training exercises.

Did any of you receive Shortcut to Slim? Thanks.

No but I ordered it cheap from Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/Shortcut-to-SL...ortcut+to+slim

By the description I think it's more of an intro disc of basic beginner moves, so I'd say it's not strictly needed. I also have a batch of 20min Winsor workouts, some of which use a sculpting ball, circle or band. The more variety to mix in there, the better!
