BTW I don’t mind complexes and 4 limb. Just minimal doses. I have workouts from Cathe that are structured this way.

Thanks too for suggesting PHA! I have that Cathe S&S workout, and Cathe also has two other PHAs on her live site. And once you reminded me of those, I realized that some of her bootcamp workouts are similarly structured, although to get what I want I'll need to use the Workout Blender to skip the cardio sections (I run for cardio).

Cathe now has a third PHA on live & IMHO the best one so far, even though she forgot one exercise set.

Tough Tape 2 qualifies too, although some of the leg and arm work consists of longer supersets in alternating fashion, instead of one upper then one lower body exercise. Tough Tape 1 is harder.
