Hi, ladies. I had a huge emotional let down this weekend. It was the first time I didn't have a reason to hold it together, because I wasn't helping seniors, other students, or my kids. Wow - it was more overwhelming than I expected. I had a cluster headache last night. Got up this morning, and I'm emotionally better. But - our little Lily is super sick and has been tested for Covid. Please send thoughts/prayers/whatever you got. I'm going to walk on the treadmill in a bit, then get out and plant stuff.
bex, your dinner sounds awesome.
tangerine, thank you, it is a tough time for sure.
Beth, good job! I love walking for added cardio.
Pat, hills are tough! I'm glad you had some resting places.

Oh Chrys, I'm sorry to hear your Lily is sick. Is she the little one in your picture or the baby? Sending healing energy your way for her & also your cluster headache. Hugs too.

Chrys, sorry to hear that you are dealing with so much, I hope you and Lily are feeling better soon (and also that the test comes back negative).

Her test was negative! Still has a fever, no longer 104.
Dorothy, Lily is the baby but she's almost 11 months old now.

Chrys - so happy the test came back negative!! It's so scary when little ones get such high fevers. Hope you both get feeling better soon!

Bex, sounds like a great birthday celebration!! Bet that felt so nice to be able to be out again at a nice restaurant!! (I'm getting impatient!!)

Beth, great to see you! Hope you and the family are doing well!

T2B, hope you got to have a little downtime this past weekend!! Sounds like you are working NON-STOP!!! Any chance you'll be going back to the office soon to get a break, LOL?

Waves to all~~~~~You are all rockin' this month - GREAT JOB!!
