I have just seen body groove hiit ready on dvd to purchase. Is anyone buying r has anyone purchased it yet?

I want this, but my recent purchase incurred custom fees, which I did not mind as it was 4 dvds. If I had known that the hiit workout would hae been available so soon after I would have waited.

I am going to think about it but the workouts look good.

I wonder how long the workouts are? And how many do you get on each disk? Looks like only four, since there were only four previews.

I am doing a free trial of on demand. There are four workouts. Each one is about 35-37 minutes long.

The length's are not too bad and I usually am not a fan of Hiit but I can cope with this type, it even looks fun.

It isn't HIIT like Cathe level . It is fun.

Just wanted to mention that Misty's streaming site offers all of her newer content for a very reasonable price plus lots of combinations of her old and new series.

Her ROKU channel works great too.

Has anyone ordered directly from Body Groove and was it a good experience? I don’t see this dvd on Amazon yet.
