Yin or Gentle Yoga Help
I'm looking for some gentle or yin yoga dvds or something free on youtube, but nothing too instructional or beginner. I have some degenerative discs but have been cleared by my doctor to do yoga, but nothing with fast poses, extreme twisting or alot of downward dogs or forward bends. I am not allowed to do bridge or plough poses however I do know what my modifications and limitations are so if these are included it would be okay. Before all of this I have done Ultimate Yogi with Travis so I am not new to yoga. It seems the dvds I am looking at are too instructional or too beginner oriented. I'm just looking for some variety. I have all of Jessica's Gentle Yoga dvds. I am partial to outdoor settings. Thanks!

I second Yoga with Kassandra on Youtube.
Yoga Ranger on Youtube also has a lot of great yin practices. |

I've always loved Rodney Yee for gentle yoga. You might like this one, as it has some gentle flexing and strengthening for the back.
