Just finished this sweet 45 min cardio routine. I am an over the top fan of four limb aerobics. (most of you know that already).
I mixed it up a bit by taking a few segments and using my rebounder instead. I use weights as well while on it, so I was able to keep my four limb routine going.
I know some moves aren't great for me right now, so I sub in other movements. All in all, this is still a favorite.
