Thanks all for the well wishes. My foot is healing nicely. New bone growth, less pain, etc. So I need to continue wearing the boot but I am allowed to put some weight on it finally. Probably another 4 weeks or so before I am back to normal.
To the Mat with Icy Core 2 mixed in was my challenge for today. Seriously, this workout is so tough for me. Especially the first part when doing those leg lifts in various forms while leaning on the ball. I can barely make it through that section. I really have weak/tight hips.
I think I'm going to try the Live Kickboxing at 8 am with weighted gloves...still seated...but hoping to work up a sweat.
You ladies are rocking it with the workouts!
Edited to add that I had time to do Kickboxing with Core Live at 8 am. I love the live aspect. Cathe kept messing up her punching combos at the end. Had me smiling!

Thanks so much Kim! I'm really missing my usual cardio. But this injury has opened my eyes to my weak areas. Hoping to see improvement over the next few weeks
Today I did Ilaria's BodyStrikes, workout two. I got this at Mary's spring sale. I have some other of her workouts. I find them repetitive but surprisingly not boring or monotonous. I'm not sure why except maybe because she works slowly and controlled so you can really work on form. Also, I don't do them very often, so I can't get tired of them. I enjoyed this, something different. It was plenty hard and had no impact which I also appreciate.
