I also find Amy hard to follow (and I thought this was just me!). I second the vote for Ilaria and I also like Susan Chung's Rapidfire workouts and Kelly Coffey Meyer's boxing and kickboxing workouts.

I love Amy's personality and music, but I mostly stay with her step and hi/lo because I love Amy. Plus, they really make me sweat! I reach for her kickboxing last, because to me her style doesn't really flow. You could be flowing along and then she'll throw in this other move that seems a bit off from the music or different from the other moves or maybe it's on the floor and before you know it, you are floundering. And it's not that I don't like cardio+kickboxing. I like Cathe, KCM, Tracey Staehle, and that one by Heather Corndorf that I tried (I don't like the vibe and music, but the workout itself is fine).

I did like Rumble a lot, and it seemed to not be as popular as her other offerings. And I liked the one after her first kickboxing one, but the others were just okay to me.

Rumble is definitely much easier to follow than Amy's other KB workouts. Not just because it's slower-paced, but because the choreography is much, much simpler.

Lately, I've been really in love with Cathe's Rockout Knockout. It also isn't quite as intense as some of her other KB workouts, but that's fine with me. I think partly it's the music. Lots of covers of '80s songs, which totally motivates this Gen X-er.

I would snap up any new kickbox workouts from Amy, Cathe, or Kimberly Spreen!
