I so agree with your last paragraph! LOVE the Live Classes!!!! I downloaded quite a few (most of yours listed) but hey, it was a birthday present! I tried my first D/L --- it worked great - (since I can never choose the "high quality" option b/c of my streaming), and since these are all D/L'd in "high quality", it was super clear today!! LOL If you haven't done Smokin' Upper Body Blast #111, I highly recommend it!!! One of my favorites - and what a butt-kicker it is!!! An upper body weighted exercise alternated with a cardio blast. Cathe looks so cute in this Live, but don't let that throw you cause she is BRUTAL! It's cool to see Al in this class, too!

I am so glad they offered these as D/L's and I have some classes I can keep!!!

I am loving my Cathe downloads also. Thursday I had a "Trick or Treat" type workout experience. I had planned on doing 2 of Charlene Prickett's It Figures hi/lo shows I had converted to dvd-r, but the disc froze on me. So, I thought I'd do Kari Anderson's Hi/lo HITS, but my feet started hurting & I didn't feel like changing shoes. So, I put Cathe's HIIT it, Low Impact Live in--to my surprise she said we were doing 27 blasts! I made it through all of them, turning the "trick" into a real "treat."

I love Cathe Live! I have a hard time doing anything else (other than run/walking).

I did Cathe Live Spooktacular Bootcamp this morning and was laughing and smiling thru the whole thing! Cathe totally got into the spirit, lol!

I have to choose a few more before the sale ends. It’s hard a hard choice!!!
But I think I’m going to get (2) Upper body (2) Lower body and (2) Total body (probably the Giant Sets).

I plan on getting these two upper body:

#234 Strong Express: Upper body (layers exercises so you get a good burn)
#216 Upper Body Circuit with HIIT (cardio blasts between upper exercises that keeps heart rate up)

And these two for lower body:

#264 Legs for Days (very thorough, works every lower body muscle, lol!)
#250 Cardio Leg Block Party (alternates fun cardio blocks with leg exercises, total sweat fest!)
