Hammer & Chisel - replacing some of the workouts
I am about 2 weeks into the rotation and following it almost to a T. I am also adding in some cardio/hiit (about 15 minutes) before each workout.
Today I did Chisel Agility. It was the first workout that I did not care for. I found it boring and painfully easy. I am used to Cathe and Insanity type cardio.
I am fine with making substitutions for certain workouts if I don't love them. My question is.. what would be a good sub for Chisel Agility? What would be most similar?
