Didn't see a thread so I'll start us out:
45 minutes moderate uphill walk on treadmill
Abs from Ab Hits
Stretch from Butts and Guts
I'm feeling revived and am going to pick up my Body Beast rotation tomorrow - four weeks to go! (well, a little longer, I'm probably going away for a weekend and won't have access to weights)
