Hands down, Firm Express. Originally bought full price, then used so many times I wore out some of the disks, and repurchased super-cheap from Amazon. I'm doing another FX rotation right now!

My other best investments:
Brazil Butt Lift. I only use Bum Bum (and occasionally Cardio Axe), but that one workout alone was seriously worth the price of the whole set.

Amy Dixon's Ultimate Fat Burn--favorite workout ever ever ever.

Cindy Whitmarsh Ten Days to a Better Body--second favorite workouts ever!

Denise Austin Fat Burning Blast: Used so much I wore out the VHS tape and had my dad put it on DVD for me. This is the workout I *always* come back to when I'm re-starting or need a quick pick-me-up. It's pretty much perfect.

...And I'm adding Classical Stretch Season 10 to the list, even though I've only done a couple of them (from the discs) and they were pricey. But they are there when I need them, and I am so glad to have them!!

Definitely the Benson-era Firms and FitPrimes! I've been most consistent with these workouts for so many years now .... Others include Jari Love's GR1000, Cathe's CTX upper body & lower body workouts, AOS Providence (just traded for a back-up copy!), Kettlebell Goddess, Keith Weber's Extreme Kettlebell, Tony Horton's P90x Stretch, Debbie Seiber's Cool It Off stretch, Stott Pilates Simple Stretches, and Classical Stretch: Stretching for Men (some women like it too ).

Cathe and KCM's total body weight training workouts are beginning to fall into this category, too. V Method Cardio Vusion with Vicki Vara, too (which is also an exercise in alliteration, apparently).

These are definitely the ones I would take to a desert island with me. They get used at least several times a month.

Cathe:
Cross Fire
Flex Train
STS Total Body
Great Glutes
Lean Legs & Abs

Qi Gong Fire & Water, Matthew Cohen
Qi Gong for Deep Sleep, Lee Holden

CS Season 10

I believe when I was a vidiot newbie, I used these tapes once a week. I'm still using the VHS version of:

Firm Strength (my first Firm purchase)
Firm Cardio
Yoga for Weight Loss with Suzanne Deason

Other contenders:

Cathe's Pure Strength Upper Body tapes (just recently upgraded to DVD version)
Firm's Cardio Sculpt (from BSS 1) Preordered from Collage.
Tamilee's Stretch

Newer purchases that I use a great deal and are well on their way to paying for themselves:

Leslie's Ultimate Walk
7 Minutes of Magic

The Original Buns of Steel (wore out 2 VHS tapes! Thank goodness for DVD format)
Low Max
Imax 2/Cardio & Weights
Cindy Crawford The Next Challenge
Jillian BFBM

Me and the above 5 titles...we're square.

All my VHS Classic Firms from the mid-80's and early 90's. Even at then at $50 per tape, they don't owe me a penny! I used them just about every day for years back then.

Couldn't agree more....I used the Classic Firms for years and boy were they $$$$...my husband thought I was nuts paying so much for a workout back then. Another set that doesn't owe me a thing are my Turbo Jam DVD's.

befit 10 minute yoga (I grab this more than any other short yoga)
jackie warner power circuit training
results 10 days to a better body
cardio 1 & 2 from JMBR (haven't tried anything from phase 3 yet)

I've had AM Yoga for your Week for a few weeks but most days I forget to try to get my yoga done in the AM. Looks like I need to try a little harder. Maybe it'll be on my list in a few weeks.
