Which Titles 'Don't Owe You a Cent?'

What are your most used videos, or as my mother would say, ones that 'don't owe you a cent?' I don't know why she says that... but that's another matter.

For me, they would be my Classic Firms, specifically vols. 1-4, and any of my Physique 57s.

What's yours?

Exhale Core Fusion and variations of Sin6/SS definitely don't owe me a cent.

In the past it would have been the Firms. Even paying $50 A VHS I more than got my monies worth. Then it was Cathe. They too turned out to be a very good investment. After that there have been some but. Nothing really compares to those two. I guess I would say LMP and P57. I would also have to include some Ellen Barrett's such as FBF, Slimdown, SlimSculpt and Yogini. Also Fusion Flow. No matter what I am doing I will take a break and do an Ellen. She always revitalizes me.

My BSS2 Firms, which got me doing more than cardio.

Ellen Barrett Fat Burning Fusion, Yogini, and Fusion Flow-I have used them so much.

Not DVDs, but my SBF streaming and barre3 streaming are worth every penny I paid.

Jari Love's original Get Ripped

AOS Providence (but, I do think it was over priced. Took me FOREVER to take the plunge because of price.)

Rodney Yee's AM Yoga for your week

Lately I've been all about shorter workouts (Classical Stretch mostly), but haven't been in this phase long enough to think my giant pile of CS dvds has earned their worth, just yet. Getting there, though.

Some of these I have used the most, some I come to when I just need the pick me up, some were used extensively for a time and put down, but I feel I got my money's worth out of all of them
  • Christi's Fantastic Four
  • Amy Bento ASC2
  • Cathe Xtrain - I know I have only done one rotation, but I can see this set fitting into this category
  • Cathe Terminator
  • Jari Love's first four Get Ripped workouts
  • Kathy Smith Slimdown Circuit
  • Amy Bento Drop Sets
  • Amy Bento All Pump
  • Amy Bento Hi/Lo Xtreme
  • Christi Taylor Totally Hot Cardio
  • Hemalayaa Behl Yoga for Urban Living
  • Eoin Finn Power Yoga for Happiness
  • Eoin Finn Pursuit of Happy Hips
  • Weider X Factor: ST

Fun thread!

Kathy Smith's Fat Burning Workout and her Weight Loss Workout +
FIRM 4+
Paula Abdul's Get Up and Dance (I spent a whole summer learning the choreography and had a ball in the process)+
Cathe Friedrich: Power Max, StepFit, and StepWorks

Crunch Boot Camp (the one with Sue Hitzman--this is where I finally learned to do pushups and not mind them so much)+

Firm Body Sculpting System 1+
Firm Complete Aerobics and Weight Training

FIRM Volume 6

Christi Taylor's Fantastic Four (the Heavenly workouts and Just for fun workouts--endorphins in a disc!)

It is still early in the game, but I think Anna Kaiser's AKT In Motion Happy Hour is going to join this elite group

+I don't use these anymore, but they were all worth every penny I paid for them and would have been a bargain at twice the price.
