Love skimming this thread. Great idea Alta. I default regularly to my Kathy Smith functional fit peak fat burning, Tamilees Webb tighter assets cardio, and Tracy York and Michelle Dozois 7 day solution- on VHS. Also Kathy Smiths moving through menopause which I had before I was eligible to buy it , .

I'm thinking of getting the DVD of Janes low impact aerobics from from the 80s. I did that puppy every single day. I still have the VHS.

I think I'll pull out Donna mite.

I enjoyed a Kathy while home snowbound the other day - the Power Walk Matrix with the cowboy hats. I did all of it except for the standing abs segment because my butt is too sore from shoveling and I literally could not take one more step. The little sequence of yoga pose stretches at the end was VERY welcomed!

I've been thinking about doing that cowboy hat Kathy Smith walk lately! maybe it'll be pulled out soon- been doing a lot of outside walking since we'r lucky enough to have had nice weather or I reach for a leslie or maybe a jessica smith walk since I'm famliar with them. a while back I did her march to fitness - that was fun!

I've been doing classic firms again. Also been using the Cathe Bodyblast series.

Does that count as vintage? I haven't bought anything new since the Cathe XTrain series. Don't seem to need anything.

I also recently did the Tracey Long GForce rebounder workout from the original Fitprime workouts - VHS and clamshell case.

Loving what I have - vintage or not - I'm a vintage VFer myself.

I don't think I've seen this one mentioned in quite awhile! This morning I did Minna Lessig's Emergency Workout from the year 2001. It's been a long-time favorite of mine -- about 25 minutes of cardio dance mixed with some athletic moves, followed by 30 minutes toning. It doesn't seem real dated, even though it's pretty old.

This morning I did Jane Fonda's Light Aerobics & Stress Reduction. I usually do the stretch part once a week, but today I decided to do the aerobics as well. It's a fun, bright workout. Nice and easy, perfect for a Sunday morning.

After several months, I just completed doing all the episodes of series 17 of Charlene Prickett's It Figures series on VHS.

Yesterday, I did Greg Smithy's Original Buns of Steel (1987). I only did the floor part and did the reps at a half-time pace. Still killer though.

Greg is sooo goofy, he makes Tony Horton sound like Karen Voight.
