I did a whole lot of landscape work in my yard today. I spent several hours digging up, dividing, and moving plants in my front yard. I'm tired and sore, but the landscaping should be done for several years now. Let's hope the plants have time to take root before the cold weather hits and that they come back next year.

MBF Week 2, Day 13: Power Ignite and Day 14: Dynamic Recovery. These workout are really tough in my opinion. Once I finish week 3 I may do one more round of MBF before doing MBFA.
