Cathe Turbo Barre includes some upper body work, but you’ll need bands. Barre 3 are gentler, shorter workouts. Their Bootcamp workout is the most challenging. They have several workouts (none of their dvd workouts) on YouTube. Element Barre Conditioning isn’t as difficult as some barre workouts, but I like it. https://youtu.be/7kRtSRf4kpQ Tendu Toning: Where Ballet Meets Fitness is a challenging, but doable, barre workout. I like all of their workouts. The Dancer’s Body Advanced Workout is the most challenging. It’s not led by Burr Leonard though.
