92-Year old Completes Marathon

This is inspiring. I'm dealing with a foot issue, but I've been wanting to get back into jogging. Talk about no excuses.

I heard about an Indian man who is over 100 and has run the London marathon several times. Amazing! I can't say I have any desire to run a marathon at any age, but kudos to those who do--safely, of course.

What a remarkable feat!! She's an amazing woman and looks wonderful for 92. She STARTED running at 70 when she survived a bought of cancer. Her first Rock N Roll Marathon raised $90,000. That's an inspirational woman. And she never runs more than 11 miles as her long run - she saves it all for the marathon! WOW!

It's wonderful to see that! She must have a lot of drive (plus exceptional genetics).

I know folks in their early 70's that can't get out of a chair.

Dang. If she can start running at 70 after cancer, there is no excuse for me NOT to start running at 45 when I'm chunky but healthy.
