Jackie-darn, I had either ALC 1 or 2 that I found at my library sale for a dollar. I gave it another VF friend who then passed it on to someone else. If I see it again at my library sale, I will get it for you. There's a sale next weekend.

I think people should state if they have a VHS option. I may have items in VHS....need to go digging. Please specify if you can use a VHS. thanks, Lora

If anyone has Ali MacGraw's Yoga Mind & Body dvd collecting dust, I would happily take it! It was my first time I tried it off YT this morning and really enjoyed Erich's voice as well as the practice!
