Hi guys
Most of you probably don't remember me. I've been a member here since 2008 but for the past 4 or 5 years, life has gotten in the way of my fitness goals to the point that I am really out of shape.
I used to be an avid follower of the classic Firms, original FitPrimes, Cathe, Kelly Coffey-Meyer, and anything with Tracie Long.
So fast forward to last night. I was in the attic looking for something and I came across a few of my old DVDs sitting in a box. Just seeing them brought back happy memories of the time when I was working out regularly and I felt fit and healthy.
I decided I have to do something positive where my fitness is concerned.
So I'm climbing back on the fitness wagon. Slowly. I know I can't just do today what I was able to do yesterday. It's going to be a gradual process.
I was always all about simple workouts (I cannot do even moderately complicated choreography) so I've decided to stick with the DVDs in the photo below. As I recall, they were all pretty much no-nonsense workouts.
