This one is fun, all cardio kickbox with abs focus. I have DOMS today, JNL is all I am doing to get focused again. I will keep doing this as long as I can, I get bored so easy.
Body Beast R2W7D45...I changed up my workout for legs today. (1 Hr 30 min total) I did P90X Legs (No Back though) and The Ultimate Butt Workout...3 exercises from the activation & 3 from the main exercises. Talk about feeling the Burn!!! Great workout & can't wait to see if I get sore since I didn't use very heavy weights. This was a nice change! Ab Challenge Days 21 & 22...Love it!
