If your lower back hurts...

I urge you to try the sacro wedgy!

http://www.amazon.com/SACRO-WEDGY-St...ds=sacro+wedgy

I suffer from sciatica (even my leg hurts), and lower back & SI joint pain for years. I have been to chiropractors, doctors, acupuncturist, trigger point therapists, massage therapists, physical therapists. I have tried a few workout dvds (Total Body solution, viniyoga, pain free) and nothing I mean nothing comes close to the relief I get from laying on the sacro wedgy for 10 minutes. It works every time, even with my worse case of lower back pain where I can't even walk!! It's amazing!

I am so glad I found something that works me.... so I just wanted to share as this topic comes up every so often!

For about 6 months. In 6 months though I only had to use it about 4 times. I had a bad episode after my c-section, where I was raking the leaves of my yard too soon after the c-section (like 5 days later) and I totally threw my back off. i could not walk. It was a horrible pain and worse yet because I needed to take care of my newborn and couldn't pretty much walk. I used the wedgy for 3 days straight morning and evening and it went a way. i couldn't believe it. After that I only had to use it about 3 times for mild pain and it worked by only laying once for 10 minutes.

Carla, that's great that you've found a solution! I had pregnancy related sciatica with my first child and man, that was soooo painful! I'm not clear on how this little device works. You sit on it??

Carla - thanks, I have always wondered if that worked. I have the same issues as you minus the sciatica. I have also been going to a chiro for years now - it helps, but I have yet to find something that is "permanent" in nature, if that makes sense.

Thank you, Carla.
Wow...you were ambitious...5 days out and you are raking leaves!!! Oh My!!
I was such a slow healer after my C's; day 5 I was still in agony with horrific gas pains!

I may have to give this thingy a try...I would love 10min. relief when my back really acts up...and DH could use one, too.

Thanks for sharing your experience.

Nuggie's Auntie, you lay one it. Almost like doing yoga relaxation pose with the wedgy right under your sacro.

Here is a video explaining the product

I know I know... It was crazy to rake leaves so soon. I just did so great with both of my c-sections and always felt pretty much no pain by the time I was back home..... so I felt fine but I was out of shape and the movement from raking leaves killed my back LOL..... crazy me for doing that!

I tried the Sacro Wedgy but it didn't work for me, although I am sure it can be effective depending on where your issue/pain originates.

Thank you! I'm definitely gonna try it! My lower back hurts constantly. The chiropractor doesn't help and I don't want to keep taking Aleve everyday.
