Nia Shanks Lift like a Girl kindle book on sale for 99 cents

https://www.amazon.com/Lift-Like-Gir...dp/B078C8QB6N/

This contains a simple strength program similar to her old minimalist program. If you're already familiar with Nia then there isn't much new, but I like her approach a lot.

Grabbed it, thanks for sharing! I had an Amazon digital credit that came in handy. I like her stuff.

Thanks Sue! I had it marked on my calendar, but it was great to get a reminder. (Esp since I don't always look at my calendar ...)

Nia posted that the 99 cent sale ends tomorrow night. Is anyone thinking of doing the strength program? I like that it's only 3 exercises per workout, but I'm worried that might not be enough!

I've been doing a similar program. If you go heavy, it's definitely enough. I feel it everywhere the next day.

I wish Nia Shanks would turn this great article into a full length program and book:

And then do a DVD of it!

I'm thinking of doing it. I agree that it might not be enough; on the other hand maybe it would be good to keep me consistent through the busy holiday season.

I think her programs are excellent. Honestly more is not necessarily better. If you do 3 strength workouts a week you can add it other things like walking, hiking, running or metabolic conditioning workouts on the other days.
