I received shipping notice on 3/12 for an order I placed on 3/11. As of this morning the package is still at a USPS sort facility in Minneapolis with a delivery date of 3/20. The order I placed on 3/12 has been charged to my cc but have not received shipping/cancellation notice. It must be hard for the Collage employees knowing their jobs are coming to an end when all the orders have been sorted and shipped.

I ordered 4 DVDs on 3/12. Today, my cc card was charged for just one dvd

. Oh well! Hopefully, I will get that one soon. I will miss Collage!

I just now received a shipping notice. Credit Card still has full charge on it.
Ordered 8 DVDs Wed 3/12 @ 11am Order #16106xx

Still keeping fingers crossed

Just got my last order. The package was all busted apart. The DVDs were still inside, but barely hanging on by a thread. I'm lucky I even got them. They used a bubble wrap mailer envelope. Annoying, though I did get everything.

This probably had more to do with the delivery service than Collage.

Just got ship notices for both my orders.

I just received the sad, sad news that all four of the DVDs I'd ordered (as well as one piece of equipment) were no longer available, and that I'd be receiving a refund in 2-3 days.

Maybe it really isn't so sad, after all!

I ordered one DVD and received confirmation today that my order was cancelled. I guess I didn't really need it.

Slowly checking my 6 DVDs to make sure they all work. So far so good except 2 of the cases have minor damage. I saved a tiny piece I can glue back on and I'll swap it out to an older DVD I seldom use. The post people throw my packages on the concrete outside my door so if it's not protected, it may get damaged. The thin envelopes Collage uses doesn't help but glad I have the working DVDs.

I just received an email that 2 of the 8 DVDs I ordered were sold out, still happy I am getting something (Ufits, Cathe, Shiva, ATS)!

Sold out were Jessica's Walking & Petra's Cardio.

Now I'll be keeping fingers crossed that my order arrives safely & correctly!
