Jessica Smith Walk On DVD's question

I am thinking of getting the 3 DVD bundle. Are these chaptered so you can string the two workouts together without a cool down/warm up in the middle? (Not sure if I explained this too well!)
Thanks,
Emma

They are separate workouts. There are no premixes and you don't have the option of programming them to run one after the other. I'm not sure, though, if they are chaptered so you that you could skip whatever warmups or cooldowns you wanted.

Where can you buy this bundle? I might be interested in it.

Each of these has two 30 minutes walks on them with a different focus for each workout. I love them. No chaptering, though.

Thanks. Shame about lack of chaptering. Still think I'll get it.

I'm not sure I agree with this. On the main menu, there is an option to "Play All" so you could have them run one after the other. It's true, I believe, that there are no chapters, but the workouts are so seamless that it's hard to imagine where she would put chapter points. I also don't think the ability to skip the warmup or cooldown is a big deal. These workouts aren't like IMax 2, where there's a huge difference between warmup, main workout, and cooldown. In all these workouts, you start out walking from the very beginning at pretty much the same beat as the rest of the workout, and the cooldown/stretch is really minimal. I often do two of these back-to-back and have never wished there were chapters so I could skip the cooldown/warmup.

I'm sure Hilary is correct. It has been awhile since I've done these and I only did one at a time so I easily forgot that there is a Play All option.
