My all time favorites are the step only premix on Low Impact Circuit. It's from the "sash" series and the step only premix called "Cardio Blast Timesaver" is about 48 minutes long which is perfect for my choreography abilities, lol.

Another super fun one with great music is the "All Step" premix from Step, Jump, & Pump (on the same dvd with Step Blast). It's only 26 minutes long but the music is awesome!

I do not own greatest hits! But I did step blast this morning and it was fun. I skipped the blasts but did the finished product twice. I did Xtrain Cardio leg blast yesterday and my legs were too fried for any blast work! It was fun, though. I may have to infest in Greatest Hits. Can't believe i don't own it!

I think doing those tutorials on facebook/youtube was a brilliant idea! I mean, what a great way for people to learn step and then want to buy your workouts. So it's a win/win. Cathe is helping people learn an exercise skill/format and then creating a fan base for her products.

I like the original Body Max. The way it combines choreographed step with lower body squats and lunges, and a complete upper body and abs section at the end. It is one of my all time favorite workouts, and gave me great results.
