Check-in: Karen Voight's BLT on the Ball. Lighthearted, a good workout but I'm not repped to exhaustion.

I made a couple of masks out of bandanas. No measuring, no cutting up T shirts. Just folding. The thing I did cut was circular pieces of stocking from a knee-high. Softer than hair ties. DD took a couple to work (I also made one for her beau). I don't know if she'll wear it.

We went to the big Safeway yesterday for a lot of groceries. I stayed in the car while DD shopped. Most people that I saw in the parking lot were wearing masks.

Cheryl, how awful for your friend. I realized yesterday that, for me, the only prayer for this plague is Lord have Mercy. (Kyrie eleison, Christe eleison, Kyrie eleison.)

Diana, I hope your contract goes s planned, but I like your pholosophy for coping with it if it doesn't.

Lynn, I hope you're feeling better after that migraine.

Hi to Linda.

family long walk.

Cheryl, how terrible! I am so, so sorry for your friend and how much loss she must now bear. What a terrible tragedy for her and her family, and how many tragedies are playing out across this country and the world. So sad.

Yesterday I did my rotation workout: Brutal Butt and Thigh Strength Training Sweatfest. They always make it sound worse than it is, lol. Also walked 2 miles outdoors.

I wanted to share something - hope it doesn't offend anyone. I was reading Isaiah 26 and I wrote this in my journal. It's not fancy or great art by any means, but it just came straight out.

"You will keep in perfect peace, him whose mind is steadfast, because he trusts in You. Trust in the Lord forever, for the LORD, the LORD, is the Rock eternal." (Is 26:3-4)

In this darkened, misty land
You are the Rock eternal.
When the waves beat on the sand
You are the Rock eternal.
When my heart is full of fright
You are the Rock eternal.
When I toss and turn at night
You are the Rock eternal.
When my heart can't find a friend
You are the Rock eternal.
When I think I'm at the end
You are the Rock eternal.
You are steady at my side
In Your strong, gentle arms I hide
Safe against Your heart, inside
You are the Rock eternal.

Cheryl, that was moving.

I've enjoyed silly workouts lately, as a change from seriousness. Today was Body Bounce, cardio bouncing on a stability ball, with a little light bodyweight toning. I got it from amazon a few years ago; it seems to have disappeared.

Most likely this week I'll do a Yoga Booty Ballet and wear a jingly hip scarf.

Hi Everyone!

Cheryl Lynn is right! It sounds like a beautiful Hymn. Maybe you record it!

Check-In: 40 minute outdoor walk

Tomorrow they will bring the stuff back to my office. I am feeling overwhelmed to get all the electronics back in order. I think I mentioned this last week. I need to find a contract that I need to take to our attorney. I keep thinking about it and have fear that it's not there. I don't normally lose things like that. I have been pretty upset about it all. Please keep us in your prayers this week.

Have a Blessed evening and stay healthy!

barre 3 45 minutes. In my town, at 8 pm now people come outside their homes and howl like wolves. And then the dogs chime in by barking wildly. Ok, my town is weird. Someone started this on social media and it caught on. It definitely lifts the spirits, though perhaps it's not as uplifting as clapping for the health care workers.

Diana, I hope you find the contract. I bet it's there. I find that I get these moments of panic when dealing with important paperwork like that, but it always turns up. Will you keep running the shop after you lease it?

Cheryl, it think that would make a beautiful lyric and hope you do make it into a song.

Cynthia, way to dance your way through this. Great idea to do some fun dance videos. I may try this myself. I have some links for some NIA streams, but haven't figured out the timing. NIA is the ultimate silly dance.
