Short yoga practices

I am trying to include more fusion workouts and more yoga into my workout routine. Actually, I am trying to make these the mainstay of my workouts for awhile!

I am looking for short yoga practices or fusion workouts, 20 minutes, for my two long work days. On those days I leave home at 6.50 am and get home after 9 pm and I would like to do a brief yoga or fusion practice in the morning before I leave.

Any suggestions? And thank you for all your help!!

What about Sara Ivanhoe's Yoga Body Makeover series? Those are all 20 minutes.

Shiva Rea's Daily Energy is awesome, I also like Rodney Yee's Yoga for Energy - an oldie but a goodie.

Sara Ivanhoe also has "Taste" and those are ten minutes. Isn't there a Ten Minute Solution "Power Yoga" also?

I would also recommend Shiva Rea, most of her dvds have short segments that you can do on their own or build into a longer practice. Rodney Yee's AM Yoga for Your Week and Yoga for Your Week might fit the bill too. They both have several 20 minute segments.
