Mostly Leslie Sansone and Margaret Richard.

I really like Team Body Project, but for some reason their workouts bother my feet. So, I can't do them as often as I'd like.

My most used instructors for 2020 were
Margaret Richard
Miranda Esmond White
Jessica Smith
I do a lot of random one offs from my vast collection, but these are the instructors I tend to reach for most often. In 2021 I want to up my game a bit by including some more challenging weight work like KCM and Cathe.

This year I have focussed on untrieds and this halved my workouts with my usual Favourites.
Looking back through my workouts the instructors most in rotation were
Cathe mostly LITE, ICE and a few others
KCM
Core Secrets, mostly off the ball workouts
Jessica Smith
Kathy Smith
Ellen Barrett
Charlene Johnson
Kimberly Spreen
Tom Holland
Jillian Michaels
I was surprised that my usual fallback and staple The FIRM was hardly there this year.

Some version of Tony Horton (P90X2, One on Ones etc) and treadmill time topped my charts. There were also longer stints with Tracie Long's Signature Series, Sleek Technique, Les Mills Pump and Yoga Retreat. LOT of hit and run workouts--something different every day kind of thing.

I had activities (indoor climbing) and equipment time (reformer etc) away from instructors as well.

I had a lot of trouble sticking to anything for very long this year until I came across Team Body Project at the very end of the year (thanks, Sherry7899!):
  • Pahla B
  • Jessica Smith
  • Les Mills Body Combat
  • Team Body Project
  • Firm Basics

I love this thread because it provides so many ideas for instructors I have not used in a long time or instructors that I have never tried. There are a lot of names mentioned that are new to me.

According to my workout log, my top four instructors were:
  • Cathe — 108 workouts
  • Lauren Brooks — 93 workouts
  • Leslie — 65 workouts
  • Jessica Smith — 32 workouts

This exercise has led me to reflect on how various combinations of instructors affected me both physically and mentally in 2020:
  • Alternating Cathe and Leslie made me feel better than any other combination. Who knew?
  • I loved working out with Lauren, but I tended to do her workouts in spurts of maybe a month and then go back to Cathe and Leslie.
  • I reached for Jessica when I wasn’t up to handling anything else (mentally more than physically).

I started the year yesterday with a 4-mile walk with Leslie. One of my Cathe Live downloads is on tap for today. I think I see a Martha-style rotation taking shape!

I am finding that my most used are Michelle Dozois, Cathe and KCM. I use workouts by these instructors every week.
The runners up would be Chalene, CF, Barlates, Tracey Mallett, and Susan Chung.
