Starting tomorrow!
I'm excited to be starting Drop Two Sizes tomorrow! I have been following/posting to the Facebook group (thanks Sue!) to get excited about the program.
Thanks also to Jeannine for the Word chart listing all the workouts! I actually updated it a bit, so I thought I would attach it if anyone is interested. ETA: Removed attachment due to errors; see update below.

Jeannine, there were a few places where the times (I believe) were incorrect. I would have to go back and look, but in one of the phases, I think you had the time for the RAMP changing even though the RAMP stays the same--same thing for the foam roll. But I found your chart very helpful overall; thanks for doing it!
