Glad you liked it too, Wendy! I know, it seemed like a whole new workout the way she sequenced it!!

Enablers! I think I had this one before. I ordered it and love both workouts. I ordered 3 more from Mary and expect them any day.

happy to assist!

while we're on the subject, what other of KCM's toning workouts people might like if they enjoy Sculpting Rx?

off the top of my head, her 30MTF Muscle Definition DVD is a good dumbbell workout.

Kelly is another instructor I've allowed myself to be intimidated by. So reading through this thread had me go check out a few workouts by her. I like what I previewed of 30 Minutes to Fitness Sculpting RX. What other workouts does she offer along this line? I'm not into high impact moves.

This workout would be doable at 30 mins with lighter weights for me, of course.

ETA: Body Design looks like it has some great pre-mix options. I'm all about options. Thought?

You can sign up for a month of her RAW workouts (streaming). All of her DVDs are on there so you could try them out and see which ones you like.

correct me if I am wrong, but I thought the premixes were excluded in the streaming version, but you will get the 2, 30-min workouts?

Yes, the 2 30 minute workouts are on there. I honestly don't know about the premixes since I have never looked for them, I don't think they are on there. I thought she was looking for workouts, not premixes.

true, but some people assume that the premixes are available on the streaming version, so it's good to caution people that if they want the premixes too, the DVDs are the only source.

I do appreciate the clarity about Kelly's streaming and what's offered. The premixes are bonus for sure.

Muscle Definition would be similar. Also, Trim and Tone Intervals from her Build & Burn set is similar to the second workout from Sculpting Rx. Upper Body Supersets from Build & Burn is similar the the first workout from Sculpting Rx, but upper body only.
