Lee's 30-Day Challenge: It only took 2+ months, but I did it!

I like doing them in the morning as soon as I get up. Later in the day didn't feel the same. Some days were too cold, so I skipped it.

A short morning qi gong session is really nice. Lee is so positive and encouraging. I don't think I could handle more than 7 minutes. I did have to modify a few of the exercises. I'm not supposed to do much forward flexion due to a back injury. I just modified as best I could.

I started the series again this morning. Maybe I can finish it in 2 months this time.

I've just done 28 days, and will finally be done going through the whole program for the first time, too! I've really enjoyed it and it's so easy to add-on to something else...as a warmup, as a cooldown or just on it's own.

Sometime I will add two days at a time, when I haven't rested well the night before and just want to get some gentle movement in. Or, if I have some aches and pains and want a kinder, feel good workout.

I purchased this when it first came out and can't believe it took me so long to commit to doing it! There is absolutely no dread whatsoever. Lee is great. Scenery is wonderful. Exercises are terrific!

Congratulation, Alta!!!

I wrapped up my 30 Days today, and Lee was all smiles. He gives us a "way to go" fist in the air sort of pump, ha! I will definitely be doing this one again, beginning in May! I loved every single workout and every single minute of it!

Good, good stuff!

frogribbit, unwrap that puppy! You'll be glad you did!

I did finally do the full 30 days. I was on a mission to complete it this time.

I've started it again.

Good for you, Alta!!

I'm really digging the simplicity of a challenge occasionally thrown in my workout routine, too!

Good for you! I've started it umpteen times and haven't completed it. Why? I love Lee, the practices are short and sweet.

I'll start it over again.

I like it because I can do this as my morning Qigong with a CS, this is how I start everyday.

My Goldilocks workout about 35-40 minutes, not to short, not too long, just right

Sometimes the 7 minutes goes by quickly and sometimes they drag. It all depends on if I like the chosen exercises for that day.
