I love Cardio Kicks--so much fun! Just this weekend I tried a new tape, Kick Itt 2000 with Franny Benedetto, that I think will become a favorite. Franny is a terrific instructor! I just wish the quality of the tape was better--I can hardly hear the background music. The routine is not too choreographed, or at least I didn't find it so. But there's enough choreography to keep it from being boring.

I also adore the hi lo workout in CIA 9905. That's another Franny tape. But it's more kickbox flavored aerobics than true kickboxing.

Germ- I'm jealous that you have so many Powerstrikes. I really want the Impact one, but they don't have it anymore

I just got the Powerstrike Milleniums and they are fantastic. I also got the advanced one but it is malfunctioning so I have to return it, but I know I will love it.

My faves are Powerstrike, Powerstrike and Powerstrike

3. Sherri Jacquelyn - I am one of the few who prefer CIA 2K04 Kickbox Jam to Fit to Kick, but both are good
