I love the sound of these! Plus, 30 minutes! Hope they include a warm-up/cool-down...

I am definitely ordering (no surprise there---I have all of Cathe's workouts ).

Can the downloads be converted to DVD on your computer, if you want to save it onto a disc?

They do sound great! I will be ordering. How much is shipping? I have all of her other DVDs and don’t want the downloads, as I will never use them.

Yes, they can be converted. I did this with the Cathe LIVE downloads I purchased last month.

Excited to see this. I just hope they aren't TOO advanced. Right now, I'm enjoying the LITE series, and I was hoping for more like these. I do have ICE and plan to start those soon.

30 minutes is perfect for me though, so I will definitely modify if needed.

It would be good if she offered streaming of the new workouts, rather than digital download. Even though computers have a lot of storage these days, I wouldn't want to use up so many GB for workouts. I normally do her workouts in my workout room using a TV, so I prefer to use my DVD player or stream.

I love the Lite series, one of my favorites!

I ordered this set as I like the length and that we get all three aspects of fitness. I'm curious to see how each of the yoga workouts differ from one another. I'm wondering if one will be more of a "flow" and maybe the other will be more "yin" (hope so, love yin yoga).

The downloads don't have premixes, correct?

I've always ordered dvds, never dvds + downloads. I'm curious to the advantages of ordering both since it's the same workout and the downloads don't have premixes. I'm wondering if I should order dvds + downloads or just dvds. TIA!
