There’s an ok version on YouTube if that’s what you’re looking for. I have no clue where you’d buy it if that’s what you’re after.

I asked Gin on her Facebook page if she could add it.

I was wondering that too. I don’t know. I happened to stumble on it a couple days ago.

I liked Aerostep a lot back in the day, even had 2 copies of the VHS at one time, haven't done it in years. I should revisit soon. The original Step Reebok was a good workout but repetitive for me, and the background exercisers didn't smile or anything. Just wasn't for me.

I noticed on the playlist there are some old Candice Copeland step workouts too, I used to have Step Ahead which I liked but it was long. I have never seen Step and Low which I think is really hard to find, might have to try this one and revisit Step Ahead also.

Tara, Step and Low is good but is very long (70 minutes). It's divided into two sections: step, and low impact (with optional power moves). Both parts can be done separately or together. My only con about the workout is that the low impact takes a lot of room. I've learned to modify it for my space, though. I have it on VHS (and guard it carefully with my life ).

There's also another Candice workout on there called The Low Impact Challenge, which is all floor aerobics (intermediate level). It's about an hour (excluding the 10 minute intro at the beginning discussing technique and safety tips). Fun side note: Michael Carson and Robin (can't think of her last name) from many of Kathy Smith's workouts are the background exercisers. Robin also appears in Step and Low, along with Sharon Money-Twombly (aka Greg Twombly from CIA's wife).
