No, they did not. That's why I never replaced the VHS tape and haven't done it in years. I have to use really light weights due to hand issues now and I don't remember if this one would be worthwhile at three pounds or less. I guess I should look at clips but it's not feeling urgent.

Yesterday, I did Cory Everson's Basic Sculpting System: Hips, Thighs & Calves (1995).
Cory's BSS set is one of my favorite weight training sets. The workouts are short and effective. They all clock in at about a half an hour. She goes at a reasonable pace and doesn't rep you to death. I like that there are stretches between sets. Too bad they will probably never be out on DVD. Oh, and DH did the old "Sinister Sisters" CIA 2102 Power Bar Training (2001) workout. It goes on for hours and one of the sisters has dreadful posture throughout the whole workout. I only keep this one because he likes it.
