Hi!

Sunday was my last day of barre class, but now I am doing it online.

So yoga and barre for me. Who would know this habit of video, dvd, on demand someday in an absolute eerie way becomes handy

Hi!

I'm home starting today until April 6th, for now. We closed schools at the end of the day yesterday. I'm going to take this time to focus on getting my fitness back in check.

Today BF and I did a 2-mile hilly walk, and this afternoon I added on ICE Chiseled Upper Body. That's plenty for today!

I forgot to post yesterday. I did a mile hilly walk following by Lite Rev'd Up Rumble.

Hi-

Today was Cathe Live-Total Body Blast (3/19/20). Really good PHA workout. I can recommend highly!

Our pool is closed, which is for the best. Florida is unfortunately a hotspot for Coronavirus right now.

Hi!

Yesterday was pushmowing the yard. Today was Lite Metabolic Total Body, and I'm going to go for a short walk with the dogs.

Lori - I looked at the 3/19/20 Cathe Live, and I thought it looked really good except for all of that high impact cardio! How did you do that?? I was going to do Muscle Confusion from February, but something happened with my input. I could hear her but not see her, so I did the video.

Bita - How are things with you?

Maureen - What about you? Are you taking best care with the chemo?

Jen, thank you, we are good here so far. Staying home. So everyone one can be safe. My DH is in the front lines, as you know. So hopefully he will stay safe and all the others.

I did my yoga, barre and body pump today.

Hi All-

Jen- I always modify the plyo cardio moves. I don’t even do all of the jumping jacks. Even so, my Fitbit measured over 200 calories when I was done, so that felt good. I definitely needed the weights moves, and even the lower body ones were okay.

Bita- I wish your husband the best on the front lines. It’s unbelievable that medical people don’t have enough masks and other gear. What about swabs? We have a swab shortage, which is mind-boggling.

I am disgusted by the haphazard response here. For example, they closed some beaches but not others, so all of the spring breakers were crowding on those beaches. We also are such a target due to being a port and a cruise port at that. Also, we always have lots of tourists, US and international.

Today was a nice walk. I’ll do more tomorrow. Be well, everyone.
