Hi All-
Jen- I always modify the plyo cardio moves. I don’t even do all of the jumping jacks. Even so, my Fitbit measured over 200 calories when I was done, so that felt good. I definitely needed the weights moves, and even the lower body ones were okay.
Bita- I wish your husband the best on the front lines. It’s unbelievable that medical people don’t have enough masks and other gear. What about swabs? We have a swab shortage, which is mind-boggling.
I am disgusted by the haphazard response here. For example, they closed some beaches but not others, so all of the spring breakers were crowding on those beaches. We also are such a target due to being a port and a cruise port at that. Also, we always have lots of tourists, US and international.
Today was a nice walk. I’ll do more tomorrow. Be well, everyone.
