Very tempting. Like Allison, I've tried other workouts by her and just didn't click with them. Too much chaos and milling crowds. But these look like something I'd like and are two things I do often. I really like the set, there are fewer people and they stay on their mats pretty much. I'd have to get past those pants. I expect I'll wait until Joni gets hers and posts before I cave.
In one of the yoga DVD clips she says you can do just one or two sections or the entire workout and then later says you can do 5, 15 or 40 minutes. On one of the Pilates clips she says it's set up in sections so that you can choose what you want to do based on where you are that day. So I'm thinking they're each 40 minutes long but set up to be done in part. That would make them useful for me as I usually do multiple shorter things or fit in a short workout here and there.
