p.s. loving how this thread has pretty much been keeping in the positive light keep the "fun factor" lists coming, I am enjoying seeing everyone's favorites as I am very open minded and may have to try some of these fun cardio workouts

Fit To Dance! I need to get that workout out. Shoot, all Christi's workouts qualify. That's just the one I'm doing more these days.
Aerodynamics and Twirl. In Aerodynamics, when Marcus says, "It's like being in a washing machine," I reply, "YES IT IS!!!!" Of course, I'm grinning as I spin around the room like a top. Your Best Body Workouts - the cardio one and the circuit one. What fun and engaging workouts! Sculpt Tonic - I have just done one of the two workouts so far, but what a fun, fun workout. It's choreographed strength work.
