what dvds have the highest "fun factor" for you?

All this talk about results got me thinking, what if...
...tomorrow, the results of 1000 studies (performed flawlessly, of course ) are announced to prove without a doubt the same exact conclusion:

When you have fun while you are exercising (smiling, laughing, really enjoying yourself) the benefits to mind, body, & soul are 100 times increased! (& it doesn't even matter how hard you are working!)...

what dvds would you immediately pull out to do??

My first thought is that i would probably reach for turbo jam & yoga booty ballet more often!

What are your favorite "fun" workouts?

ditto on TJ and YBB. when i am in a funk i usually reach for these as well. also jen galardi workouts. she is not as outspoken as chalene and the YBB girls but i do enjoy her routines.

Right now I'm in love with Rebecca Small - her step is a ton of fun - I love pulling these out. Christy Taylor step as well - absolutely no dread there.

The Firm Cardio Dance Express or Cardio Overdrive, Gay Gasper's Cardio Espresso are fun workouts.
But there are workouts that may not have me smiling, but make me feel great. For example, Tracey Mallett's Pilates Super Sculpt. It feels good when I'm doing it and I feel amazing when I'm done.

I'm loving Pilates lately...

Without hesitation, I'd pull out any Tony Horton dvds! He's a hoot in P90X, X+ and One on One. I'm always cracking up!

Next choice would probably be Turbo Fire and Les Mills.

Right now for me it's Petra Kolber's Just Dance and Bootcamp Boogie. Petra is goofy, funny, and sweet.

I also love Powerstrike Millenium 1. It's challenging, but Ilaria and Patricia make it fun. I catch myself smiling throughout the workout.

Hi KateTT!

Patrick Goudeau. He always seems genuinely cheerful and having so much fun himself.

Also Tracey Staehle HiLo Medball. Tracie Long's TLT/Longevity/Focus because of all the interesting exercises she puts in-- challenging, but not in a brute strength sort of way... Pre-Goodtimes Firm, not sure why. Joyce Vedral because of Joyce. Amy Bento and Kimberly Spreen. A lot of my CIA workouts. KCM, too, because I like Kelly.
