All this talk about results got me thinking, what if...
...tomorrow, the results of 1000 studies (performed flawlessly, of course
) are announced to prove without a doubt the same exact conclusion:
When you have fun while you are exercising (smiling, laughing, really enjoying yourself) the benefits to mind, body, & soul are 100 times increased! (& it doesn't even matter how hard you are working!)...
what dvds would you immediately pull out to do??
My first thought is that i would probably reach for turbo jam & yoga booty ballet more often!
