What DVDs you would NEVER ever get rid of?

Well, in my case:

P90X
AOS series
Steve Cotter's DVDs
Extreme Cardio kettlebells DVD
Tom Holland --rarely do but like it a lot for his simplicity
Some of Rodney Yees
TRX DVDs
Classical Pilates
some Spinervals

Now Insanity and TaeBo are on the permanent list, but so was CLX and now it's sold. Many DVDs come and go ( Jillian, Jackie, etc.,) but I certainly have a few that I would never give up.

Very interesting question!!

I'd have to say:

Anything by Tracie Long

Any of my yoga dvds (I have had a few before that I've traded away, but right now I think all of mine are keepers...and too many to name here )

There was a time when I could have answered this question with the original Firms, Cathe and a few others. Now I realize never say never. I have sold or traded as many of the older Firms as I could and have recently even started to sell/trade some of my Cathe workouts. I got (and completed) STS and realized I would probably focus more on those for strength and also recently discovered barre work which I decided I love. So nothing is sacred for me anymore. If I want new workouts I will have to fund them with selling or trading some older ones I no longer use.

Project You and all my YBBs keep coming in handy. I'd also never part with my Ellens (Barrett and Croft) or my Winsors. And Altar of the Heart would have to be pried from my hands.

I only have one:

Charlene Prickett - Low Impact, High Intensity

I Charlene and it took me forever to trade for this one, so I'm never going to let it go. I wish she would put more of her non-white-set workouts on DVD! There was just nothing like Charlene in the Canadian Rockies!
