I've done the first segment of both workouts, plus the cool-down/stretch from the Pilates. I'm still on the fence. I need to make myself do the other segments but DH has been around every time I pull this out...and I feel a little silly. I'm pretty sure I look like those giant tube-shaped inflatables in front of car dealerships, with whipping arms, bending forward and back (while Misty is in the background, calmly encouraging me to do whatever feels natural -- none of this!! LOL, none of this feels natural for me!).
I'm not sure if this DVD will be useful in the way I was hoping. I'm not sure these shorter segments will be great as add-ons, or if they'll be best used as a full workout. I need to play around with them this weekend.
Do you have one you're most interested in? if so, I'll do that one on Saturday...
