Your local PBS station may have Classical Stretch with Miranda the creator.
Pre-pandemic, my boot camp took off the month of August. Then I substituted 60 minutes Essentrics at nights 5 days a week. I also normally do a 22 minute Classical Stretch episode in the morning before I go to work and walk at lunch.
September i would start back to boot camp not missing a step.
Everyone is different and it's a good option to try.
