I need Lift and Shift in my PP library so I can play it on my Roku. At least I haven't been able to use the Roku so far. I did click on the Roku button at the bottom of the L&S page, but no dice so far.
However, I can access it on my phone. One advantage is that I can take my phone to the floor with me. I have a hard time seeing my tv from the floor. What I really need is a tablet. My next purchase, along with heavier weights, lol.
I did the first half of Total Body Strength Compound Supersets. Oh boy, she is not playing around! I'm dripping sweat, and I only did the first half hour. I think I need to work up to the full 50 minutes. I was able to do WS3 with the lower step and lighter weights, but I need to work up to the full 50 minutes. I definitely feel worked out with just the first 30 minutes. So far, I love it. It's what I was looking for.
From what I understand, Jessica lost 20 pounds of baby weight with this system. I looked it up, and she is 41 now. That definitely made me interested in it.
