Okay, I'm going to age myself here....but y'all...how on earth can anyone wear a thong leotard over tights? Isn't that an awful lot of material crammed up in your rear? I mean, I had a leotard in 1986...but I was 6 and my cheeks were fully covered.

How can you exercise like that??!! Just the thought of it is making me anxious, lol.

LOL! Actually, the tights kind of prevented the leotard from going in too deep where the sun don't shine. At least that's what I read. And heard from my mother.

LOL!

I wore leotards with shiny tights. But, never any thong items.

Me, too. I left the thongtards to those ladies who wanted to be noticed. In fact, now that I think about it, I only remember a couple of women who wore those thongtards at my club. They also had lots of hair that was shellacked into place.

I wore the thong ones back in the mid 80s. But not the floss size! LOL And, I had the body for it. Those were the days!

I did this workout this morning. I liked it! I did modify a bit (swapped out the upright rows and the reverse flys...flies?? for moves I prefer.)

I wish the ankle weight portion included lifts to the side, but that would be easy to add on.

All in all, not bad. I mean, there are workouts that squeeze much more into an hour, but this had a gentle pace and was calm and controlled.
