Sleep apnea pillow
This isn't advertised for sleep apnea but one reviewer praised it for that purpose. I am tempted to try it.

I think it would depend on why you have sleep apnea. DH had a sleep study and supposedly it's caused by his large tongue.
 When he sleeps, it relaxes and blocks his airways. He did end up on a CPAP and it's made a huge difference. It does of course help if he sleeps on his side too but this pillow wouldn't help with that.
