So I read the other thread about favorite workoutS (with an "s") but I thought it might be more challenging (and quite interesting, at least to me) to name your ONE single, all-time, most favorite workout ... meaning ONE workout that you can do at ONE time. No series, no one type of workout, but just one workout, preferably one that you can actually buy on one DVD. You can choose this for whatever reason you want ... results, instructor, music, setting, nostalgia factor ... whatever.
I just organized DVDs yesterday and it appears that I own more than 350, and that's counting series like Ripped with HiiT as one. So deciding on my one and only single-most favorite workout occupied an entire five-mile walk with Leslie.
After considering possibilities like Cathe's Cardio & Weights or Muscle Max, Ilaria's Powerstrike 5, and Christi's Solid Gold Step, I've finally selected my one, which is (drum roll please):
The Hare
It wins my vote thanks to: I always look forward to doing it, Tracie Long is a favorite instructor, easy to set up (not much equipment), good variety of exercises (dancy cardio, weights, floorwork, abs, stretch), fun cardio (love the "swing" and the "tango"), and just all-over good vibe.
