If you repeat a program/rotation,

how?
Suppose you did something basic like Project You or Daniel Plan, took a break to do something else, and then came back. Do you start back at the beginning or jump back into the latter sections?
Just curious. It's never happened to me, but I'm planning ahead!
(I have SO many workout rotations, it would take 1.5 years to complete JUST my "complete programs," even if I never got to my numerous single workouts. )

I do this on occasion. I tend go for sets that focus on full body routines, so it's easy for me to make my own rotations from my favorite workouts within a set.

For Project:You, you could do the entire rotation but use the longer, more advanced cardio workout (sorry, I can't remember the cardio titles) or use more advanced cardio from other instructors. For strength, start out using heavier weights than what you used before.

Though it has never happened to me, I imagine I would start at the beginning again. That's just the completionist tendencies in me
